There are not many people I can think of who are more qualified to write such a well-crafted and inspirational book on coaching than Andreas von der Heydt. As a servant leader and highly regarded coach, he does a marvelous job by demystifying coaching and in parallel “coaching” us as leaders on how we can become better coaches in a systematic and sustainable manner. If you are passionate about people and talent development, I strongly suggest reading this book.
