Seit über 25 Jahren helfe und unterstützte ich zahlreichen Organisationen und Menschen in der ganzen Welt sich weiterzuentwickeln, zu lernen und erfolgreich zu sein. Das macht mir Spaß und treibt mich an. Ich bin Executive Coach, Führungskraft und Wissenschaftler!

Ich habe sehr fundierte Führungserfahrung gesammelt als Vorstandsmitglied bei Tchibo, Vice President bei Chewy, bei Amazon als Direktor Talent Management und Direktor Kindle sowie in diversen senioren Führungsrollen bei L'Oréal. Im In- und Ausland. Ich bin zertifizierter Coach und habe eine mehrjährige Coachingausbildung bei führenden Coaches sowohl in Europa als auch in den USA absolviert. Ich bin Gründungsmitglied von Amazon Deutschlands Coaching Programm und Mitgründer des Mentoring Programms von L'Oréal. Ich bin Mitglied des Forbes Coaching Councils und Fellow des Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School.

In mehr als 20 Jahren habe ich viele seniore als auch junge Führungskräfte gecoacht. In Groß- und Kleinunternehmen, in Startups und Non-Profit Organisationen. Mein Coaching Ansatz ist progressiv, zielorientiert und überaus effektiv. Ich bin Doctor of Education (spezialisiert auf Leadership, Lernende Organisationsformen und Coaching), Master of Business Administration (MBA) und Diplom Betriebswirt.
