I’m the founder and managing director of AVDH Coaching & Consulting as well as a certified ICF PCC coach who has trained and worked with some of the leading coaches in both Europe and the U.S. I was a co-founder of Amazon Germany’s Coaching Program and a founding member of L’Oréal’s Mentoring Program. Additionally, I’m a Forbes Coaching Council member and a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School.
Ich bin Gründer und Geschäftsführer von AVDH Coaching & Consulting. Zuvor war ich Mitglied des Vorstands von Tchibo. Davor habe ich umfassende Führungserfahrung gesammelt, unter anderem als Vice President bei Chewy, Director of Talent Management & Development bei Amazon, Director of Kindle, Managing Director von Amazon BuyVIP sowie in verschiedenen internationalen Führungspositionen bei L’Oréal. Ich bin zertifizierter ICF Professional Coach (PCC) und habe mit einigen der führenden Coaches in Europa und den USA zusammengearbeitet. Zudem war ich Mitbegründer des Coaching-Programms von Amazon Deutschland und Gründungsmitglied des Mentoring-Programms von L’Oréal in Deutschland. Ferner bin ich Mitglied des Forbes Coaching Council und Fellow des Institute of Coaching an der Harvard Medical School.
Ich habe Führungskräfte aus Unternehmen jeder Größe gecoacht und beraten. Mein Coaching-Ansatz ist progressiv, stark zielorientiert und wissenschaftlich fundiert. Ich habe einen Doctor of Education (EdD) von der Northeastern University, Boston, sowie einen MBA von der Henley Business School in Großbritannien.
