Over the past 25 years, I’ve coached hundreds of leaders and advised numerous organizations of all sizes around the world. I specialize in helping to build innovative and entrepreneurial high-performance organizations & teams. My coaching and consulting approach is progressive, strongly goal-oriented, and scientifically validated.

I’m a certified ICF PCC coach. I was a co-founder of Amazon Germany’s Coaching Program and a founding member of L’Oréal’s Mentoring Program. Additionally, I’m a a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School and a senior lecturer at EBS University.

Before, I served in senior executive roles at Chewy, Amazon, L’ Oréal and Tchibo. A global citizen by heart, I lived and worked in more than 10 countries. I hold a Doctor of Education (EdD) from Northeastern University, Boston, and an MBA from Henley Business School in the UK.
