Based on my profound coaching education over two decades with some of the world’s best coaches, paired with my own real-life business and people management experience as well as academic research, I have developed my own distinct and highly effective coaching approach. It entails, among other aspects, elements and techniques of below main coaching schools of thought. Systemic Coaching: I coach each coachee by appreciating and respecting their individual relationship to and with others around them, and with respect to their larger organizational or institutional ecosystem.
Stakeholder Centered Coaching: My approach includes a strong emphasis on the involvement of stakeholders, implementation of change, and follow-through to measure growth in leadership effectiveness.
Neuro Linguistic Programming Coaching: I apply powerful NLP coaching techniques which combine neuroscience with linguistics to better understand how we think, speak, and act.
Provocative Coaching: This is a more direct coaching approach which is characterized by a systematic use of both verbal and nonverbal cues, and the deliberate use of liberating humor.
Active Inquiry Coaching: I always use this very fundamental coaching technique which combines powerful questions, active listening, and dialogues with the coachee so that they develop their own insights-based solutions.

Orientation Meeting
Before any possible coaching engagement, we’ll get to know each other. Either in person or virtually. Takes usually 45 minutes. Then we’ll decide if we want to work together.
Goal(s) Definition
You would let me know what you want to get out of our coaching and what a successful outcome will look like in your opinion. We specify your goal(s).
Assessment & Analysis
I will apply specific techniques and use some assessment tools (e.g. Personal 360 degree assessment, DISC assessment, Active Inquiry) to identify your strength and improvement areas.
Coaching Plan
Based on your overall coaching goals(s) and the assessment we will craft your individual coaching plan to realize your targets.
Implementation & Auditing
I’ll be your sparring partner & sounding board while you identify, own, and implement your solutions. We’ll conduct regular check ins (incl. collecting stakeholder feedback) to see how you do, feel, and progress.
