Based on my profound coaching education over two decades with some of the world’s best coaches, paired with my own real-life business and people management experience as well as academic research, I have developed my own distinct and highly effective coaching approach. How We’ll Work Together – The AVDH Coaching Cycle
Before any possible coaching engagement, we’ll get to know each other. Either in person or virtually. Takes usually 45 minutes. Then we’ll decide if we want to work together.
I will apply specific techniques and use some assessment tools (e.g. Personal 360 degree assessment, DISC assessment, Active Inquiry) to identify your strength and improvement areas.
Based on your overall coaching goals(s) and the assessment we will craft your individual coaching plan to realize your targets.
I’ll be your sparring partner & sounding board while you identify, own, and implement your solutions. We’ll conduct regular check ins (incl. collecting stakeholder feedback) to see how you do, feel, and progress.

Besides supporting you as a personal coach or a group coach, I also work as a coaching consultant so you and your organization can fully leverage the potential of my proprietary inhouse coaching approach which I have developed over many years, both as part of my doctoral research at Northeastern University in Boston and based on having worked as people and business leader and coach for over 20 years.
