Online Course: How To Lead And Coach For Impact!

I’m pleased to share some exciting news with you today that I believe you’ll find valuable.

Over the past years, many of you have asked if I would ever consider conducting a public course on leadership and/or coaching. I’m delighted to announce that, finally, I’ll be launching my first open-access course in March 2025. Yes, it’s time to give back!

Here is a preview of the course details:

Course Overview
The course is called “How to Lead and Coach for High Impact.” It is designed to equip you with very effective methods and proven frameworks to unlock the full potential of yourself, your team, and your organization to achieve high impact outcomes; more important than ever in today’s extremely disruptive, ambiguous, and competitive world.

In this course, I will share my key leadership and coaching models, strategies, templates, techniques, and practical insights from over 25 years of experience as a senior leader with some of the world’s top companies and as an executive coach to hundreds of C-Suite leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs worldwide.

What you´ll get out of this course: For you and your team
• Discover and apply the core elements of “high impact” to yourself, your team, and your organization.

Please note that the course is not suitable for aspiring or early-career leaders with no prior leadership experience.

Course Format
This will be a cohort-based, high-quality online course delivered via Zoom. The sessions will be very engaging, interactive, and work-relevant, featuring case studies, role plays/simulations, projects, action-planning exercises, Q&As, and more. Additionally, there will be ample opportunities to network during and after the course.

Timing & Investment
The course will begin in second half of March 2025. Official enrollment opens in mid-February 2025. The course will run either over 4-5 weeks (with 2 weekday sessions per week, each 1 to 1.5 hours) or as a weekend immersion course (Saturday and Sunday, 4-5 hours each day). The exact format and schedule will be finalized by early February, with the course fee ranging from US$1,000 to US$1,200 per person.
